Do I need a doctor’s order for lab work?
Yes. A provider’s lab order is required. Please have your requisition form ready at your appointment.

How do payments work?
We are self-pay service. Payment is made directly to Operation Blood Draw at the time of your mobile blood draw. After collection, we package and deliver your specimen to the lab listed on your provider’s order (Quest, LabCorp, ExamOne, etc.). The laboratory will then bill your insurance (or you directly) for testing.

How much do you charge?

• Routine blood draws (local): $55

• Pediatric or difficult draws: $75

• STAT / same-day service: $90

• Travel fees may apply outside core service areas.

What areas do you service?
We serve Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, Tomball, and Cypress. Travel outside these areas may include an additional fee.

Do you deliver specimens to the lab?
Yes. We follow all safety standards to package and deliver your specimen to the lab listed on your provider’s order.

What are your hours of operation?

Collections available Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM ( ideal for fasting labs). Limited afternoon appointments are available for non-fasting labs. At this time, we do not offer Friday, weekend, or holiday appointments.

How should I prepare for my blood draw?

Stay hydrated, follow your provider’s fasting instructions, and bring your lab order and photo ID.

Yes. We provide compassionate care for children, adults, and seniors.
